The ZN85-40.5 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a mature floor-standing handcart type switching device, specially designed for 36kV / 40.5kV three-phase AC power distribution and substation projects.
This circuit breaker adopts integrated floor-standing handcart design, different from traditional suspension type structure. The three-phase pole columns are arranged with a standard fixed phase-to-phase distance (pole pole) of 280 mm. This precise 280mm pole spacing optimizes electric field distribution, guarantees sufficient insulation distance, effectively avoids inter-phase discharge, and ensures long-term stable and safe operation under rated voltage and lightning impulse conditions.
Equipped with high-performance vacuum interrupters and high-reliability spring operating mechanism, the breaker realizes reliable closing, opening and fault breaking operations. It features strong overload resistance, excellent short-circuit breaking capacity, low mechanical wear and maintenance-free operation.
Perfectly compatible with KYN61-40.5 indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear, it is widely applied in power plants, industrial substations, mining and renewable energy power distribution systems.
The whole series fully complies with IEC 62271-100 international standards including temperature rise test, short-time withstand current test, lightning impulse test and mechanical endurance test, can be provided for project review and tender submission.
