Yes, the working temperature range for different products is different. For outdoor type products, working temperature range is -40℃ to 40℃. If you have special requirements for working temperature, we can discuss based on products accordingly.

Do you have an office in Shanghai or Guangzhou that I can visit?
No office at the moment. Our factory is in Yueqing City, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It's around 1 hour by flight from Shanghai.
Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?
Yes, we can discuss.
Can I only buy some spare parts from you?
Yes. Besides finished products, we also can sell spare parts.
Will you attend the fair to show your products?
Yes, but we would prefer to visit potential customers directly more.

Depends on different products, normally around 3-5 days.

What is your term of payment?
Normally, 30% deposit and the rest 70% before shipment by TT.

It depends on different products; for most products, there is no MOQ.

We are manufacturer and factory of low-voltage switchboard & high-voltage switchgear panels, indoor and outdoor type high-voltage circuit breaker switch like ZW32 VS1 vacuum circuit breaker (VCB), SF6 load break switch (LBS), GN19 GN22 isolator switch, GW4 disconnect switches, LW30 and LW36 SF6 circuit breaker, grounding switches (JN15 series), earthing switches (EK6 series), current transformers, voltage transformers, CT PT, CT VT, switchgear panel components and accessories like epoxy resin insulator, bushings, contact box, etc. with voltages up to 12kv, 24kv, 36kv, 66kv, 110kv and 220 kV.
How long is your delivery time?
Lead time is around 15-20 days for standard products.
How many production lines in your factory?
We have a switchgear panel production line, a high-voltage breaker production line, and an epoxy resin injection production line for bushing insulator and current & voltage transformers.
