Innovative Two-Step Closing Mechanism Improves Contact Pressure

Step 1: Closing Stroke

During the first 80° rotation of the main shaft, the switch blade moves from the fully open position to the preliminary closed position.

Step 2: Locking and Contact Pressure Formation

During the following 10° rotation, the locking block mechanism drives the central locking rod, steel balls, and ejector pins. The magnetic lock plates amplify the force through a lever structure, increasing the thrust approximately 5.5 times and generating strong contact pressure on the switch blade.
