The processing and manufacturing industry of low-voltage switchgear is a key component of the power transmission and transformation equipment processing and manufacturing industry, and plays a crucial role in the entire power industry. The key components of switchgear include high-voltage circuit breakers, voltage transformers, locally installed microcomputer relay protection equipment, actual operation control circuit accessories (door handles, display lights, pins), and auxiliary power switches from various manufacturers of switchgear.

Among them, isolators and voltage transformers are installed inside the switchgear, while microcomputer relay protection, accessories, and energy meters are installed on the control panel of the car relay room (using the original name, but there is actually no car relay). The car relay room is equipped with wiring terminals and various switch power gas switches, and the wiring terminals are connected to the isolators through variable frequency cables or dedicated power sockets. The high-voltage complete switchgear should consider the relevant regulations of GB3906-1991 3-35kV AC metal enclosed switchgear. The switchgear consists of cabinet doors and isolators, and has functions such as empty frame incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, and bus duct connections. The switchgear door consists of a cover plate, electrical components (including insulation layer components), various mechanisms, secondary wiring terminals, and connecting wires.

Inspect the wiring process of the low-voltage switchgear manufacturer. Firstly, check if the wire connections are secure. Require only one wire to be connected to each terminal, and if necessary, allow two wires to be connected; Meanwhile, measures should be taken to protect the insulated conductors of metal components from damage. The second step is to use wiring harnesses for wiring. The wiring harness should be horizontal and vertical, with a horizontal dimension not exceeding 30mm and a vertical dimension not exceeding 400mm. There should be a fixed point; When the conductor of an AC circuit passes through a metal partition, all phase and neutral wires of the circuit should pass through the same hole. The third step is to inspect the product connection layout process of the switchgear manufacturer, with a focus on checking the processing and installation quality of the busbar. The surface coating of the busbar should be uniform and free of flow marks. There should be no cracks or wrinkles larger than 1mm at the busbar bend, and the surface should not have peeling, hammer marks, pits, burrs, etc.
