The switchgear has a metal-enclosed box-type structure,made by bending and welding angle bar,chanel steel,and thin steel plates.

A ventilation channel is installed inside the cabinet, an intake fan is installed at the bottom of the cabinet, and an exhaust fan is installed at the top of the cabinet. The transformers and bushings are fixed by bent plates made of stainless steel plates, which solves the problem of temperature rise under high current.

It is equipped with the circuit breaker for generator outlet protection inside. It is installed on a wheeled frame in a suspended manner, and the frame is fixed at the bottom of the cabinet. It can be moved out of the cabinet for maintenance.

The disconnector switch uses a worm wheel and worm gear operating mechanism, which requires small operating force and has a self-locking function.

There are mechanical and electrical interlocks between the disconnector switch and the circuit breaker, which is a reasonable and reliable design.
